"We are all in the same boat, in a stormy sea, and we owe each other a terrible loyalty."
- GK Chesterton
Our primary purpose in life is to get ourselves and others to Heaven. As summed up by Our Lord, the two great commandments are to do God's will and love others as we love ourselves. These two commandments are commands, meaning we must "do" them in order to get to Heaven. Fraternus offers men and boys opportunities to recognize God's voice, hear His will, and love others.
Fraternus activities are meant to help create an environment in which the brothers hold each other accountable and set a good example through the exercise of virtue. Through interaction with others who are seeking holiness we can become holy and encourage others to do so as well.
Our primary activity is our weekly Frat Night, which takes place at St.Paul's Cathedral most Wednesday nights. Also, two to three times a year our chapter holds "Excursions" which are outdoor weekend events meant to allow the brothers to experience the beauty and challenges of God's creation. During the summer all Fraternus chapters worldwide meet at Ranch - a week-long event designed to further edify the brotherhood, allowing them to interact with like-minded young men from around the world.
